Tauscht zwei Spalten einer CSC/CSR-Matrix in-place.

Parameter:

Xspärliche Matrix der Form (n_samples, n_features)

Matrix, deren zwei Spalten vertauscht werden sollen. Sie sollte im CSR- oder CSC-Format vorliegen.
